The second episode of season 3 of my show has made its debut on Rogers Television (Channel 22 in Ottawa). I have often said that if I had to eat one food for the rest of my life, it would be salad, so I am glad to share these recipes for salads that are filled to the brim with terrific flavours, colours and textures.
