So this week’s episode, airing tonight on Rogers TV Ottawa Channel 22 (and then to be rebroadcast in the days and weeks ahead), features a dinner party menu. We all know people who have a knack for making dinner parties appear effortless. The simple reason they aren’t scurrying around the kitchen when guests arrive, is because they’ve chosen deceptively delicious recipes that are super simple and can be mostly prepared in advance. I’m happy to share three of my favourite dishes to make when I have people over for dinner. They are all quick and easy – you can even get part of the meal ready a day or two before! Best of all, they are flavourful and fun too – you’re sure to impress anyone with this tasty menu.
