Paula Roy’s Favourite Foods – Episode 4 recipes

I have to say that one of the most gratifying aspects of making my TV show has been the feedback from viewers who have taken the time to try making one or more of the dishes they saw me prepare. I love hearing from you – please be sure to connect with me via Facebook (ConstantlyCooking), Instagram (paulajroy) or Twitter (@paulajroy), or my commenting here on my blog. Feel free to share pictures of your Paula-inspired culinary creations too!

So this week’s episode, airing tonight on Rogers TV Ottawa Channel 22 (and then to be rebroadcast in the days and weeks ahead), features a dinner party menu. We all know people who have a knack for making dinner parties appear effortless. The simple reason they aren’t scurrying around the kitchen when guests arrive, is because they’ve chosen deceptively delicious recipes that are super simple  and  can be mostly prepared in advance. I’m happy to share three of my favourite dishes to make when I have people over for dinner. They are all quick and easy – you can even get part of the meal ready a day or two before! Best of all, they are flavourful and fun too – you’re sure to impress anyone with this tasty menu.

Here are the recipes for this week (click on the titles to access the recipes):
