Paula Roy’s Favourite Foods – season 1, episode 6 recipes

Three fabulous breakfast treats!

The team from Rogers TV Ottawa and I actually only shot 6 episodes this summer but I am super excited to announce that today we filmed three more for your viewing and cooking pleasure. What made today’s filming especially exciting was that it took place in the incredible crEATe Kitchen at Ottawa’s beautiful Shaw Centre convention facility. It was hard not to get distracted by the glorious views of our nation’s capital while I was cooking – no wonder people from all over the world marvel at this iconic building!

Episode 6 is about one of my three favourite meals of the day: breakfast! Don’t you find that sometimes it can be hard to get inspired when you’re half asleep and/or out of coffee at home? On this episode, I showcase a couple of fantastic breakfast recipes that you can practically make in your sleep. They’re super delicious and, best of all, can be partially prepared ahead of time to make your mornings that much smoother and tastier. Check for more breakfast inspiration by using the search bar on this website.

Welcome to my kitchen! I play with words and with food. I love simple dishes prepared with passion and am always seeking to find new methods to make food as fun and flavourful as possible. I'm also an enthusiastic explorer of faraway lands and cuisines.
