Mostly make-ahead meals!
I’m so pleased to learn that my Rogers TV cooking show is gaining lots of new fans in this, its fourth season. For episode 4, I wanted to showcase meals that can be mostly prepared in advance, then finished with ease just before serving. I mean, it’s great to pull a meal out of the freezer and reheat it, but often freshly-prepared meals just seem to taste a little better, in my opinion. Here are three great options that are easy to make and bursting with flavour.
