Cabbage recipe roundup

Beyond the slaw: so many ways to enjoy this vegetable!

I purchase cabbage a couple of times each month as it’s such an inexpensive, versatile vegetable. I love eating it raw as I find its crisp texture really satisfying; when cooked I love how tender and sweet it can become. On top of its great flavour, cabbage is also an excellent source of vitamin C,  vitamin K and dietary fibre. While I love coleslaw, I also enjoy dreaming up innovative new ways to enjoy cabbage. Here are a few of my favourites (and if you really want some of my slaw recipes, the search function on this site will take you to some very tasty ones). Click on the titles to jump to the recipes.
