Paula Roy’s Favourite Foods – season 2, episode 5 recipes

A flavour-packed and healthy vegetarian meal!

Taking advantage of fresh, seasonal produce is one of the best ways to serve up meals that are nutritious, economical and full of flavour. Shopping at farmers’ markets is fantastic but if you check the signs you’ll notice that many grocery stores these days are working hard to emphasize local produce. For this episode of my cooking show on Rogers TV Ottawa, I’m going to feature three great dishes that will appeal to vegetarians and omnivores alike. They’re all extremely easy to prepare and bursting with flavour. The vegetable dishes are also packed with colour and texture so you’ll have extra-appealing plates on your table. Watch this episode online if you wish. Click on each title to jump to the recipe and use the search bar on this site to find more delicious inspiration from my show.
