A simple, delicious multi-purpose bun!
I recently created this recipe for Ottawa At Home magazine where I serve as food editor and to say it became an overnight sensation would be an understatement. What I love most about this recipe is that it requires only two ingredients (cheese and eggs) and is super easy to make. The fact that folks who like “regular” bread enjoy eating these buns is a bonus! Just what we need right now – simple, delicious food. I loved these buns for breakfast sandwiches and a large one would make a terrific pizza crust too.
