Wonderful ways to cook with a springtime favourite!

I can barely remember a time I didn’t love rhubarb. Its sweet-tart flavour reminded me of favourite candies when I was young and now I appreciate this pretty vegetable (yup – not a fruit!) for its multiple health benefits as well.
