Brunch, lunch or dinner favourites!
If you’re not already watching my cooking show, Paula Roy’s Favourite Foods, you can find the Ottawa broadcast schedule here and, per the same schedule, you can view without cable TV via Rogers’ ‘Watch Now’ online streaming service here. Broadcast schedules for affiliated Rogers TV stations in Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, London and Stratford can be found on those locations’ websites. Please note a full library of previous episodes is also available on YouTube and new episodes will be added to the playlist after they’ve initially aired on TV.
Each episode presents three thematically-linked recipes and this week’s show features versatile dishes inspired by the fact that in many cultures, very similar foods are eaten at all times of the day, rather than having distinct foods for breakfast versus dinner, for example. Episode 8 shows you how to prepare three dishes that are ideal for brunch, lunch or dinner and they’re all easy to make and spectacularly delicious.
