Paula Roy’s Favourite Foods, season 4 episode 1 recipes

Easy and efficient one pan meals!

I’m thrilled to share the news that the fourth season of my cooking show is now airing on various Rogers TV channels, including Ottawa and several in southwestern Ontario. Sincere thanks in part to the good people at Farm Boy who once again supplied the ingredients for the show. You can find the Ottawa broadcast schedule here and, per the same schedule, you can view it via Rogers’ ‘Watch Now’ online streaming service here. Broadcast schedules for affiliated Rogers TV stations in Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, London and Stratford can be found on those locations’ websites. Please note a full library of previous episodes is also available on YouTube and new episodes will be added to the playlist after they’ve initially aired on TV.

The ten episodes comprising season 4 include lots of helpful hints and 30 family-friendly recipes that don’t involve complicated ingredients or a burdensome amount of effort. For the first episode, I wanted to share with viewers my love of dishes that taste fantastic but are quick and easy to pull together and require minimal cleanup afterwards. I hope you enjoy these three one pot (or pan) meals – as you’ll see, there are a lot of good reasons why they are so popular today. Click on the titles below to access the recipes and happy cooking!
