Pasta salad recipe roundup

Five ways to up your warmer weather pasta game!

Now that the days are getting sunnier and just a bit warmer, I’m eager to switch gears into some of the lighter, fresher fare that marks the transition from wintery weather to spring and summer. Pasta salads are among my favourite things to make as they are a meal all on their own or the perfect sidekick for grilled meats and fish. As a bonus, pasta salads are often a great way to get more vegetables on people’s plates as well! Several of these dishes are vegetarian/vegan friendly and all can be made with gluten-free pasta if you prefer. Here are four of my favourite pasta salad recipes (click on the titles to access each one).
