A clean out the cupboard treat!

I know, I know…I’ve said it before when I’ve presented a new cookie recipe. I’ve told you it’s the ‘best ever’ or ‘my all-time favourite’. That may have been true at the time, but I’m here now to tell you that these beauties truly are the best ever and my NEW all-time favourite.  This is the latest in my new Recipe of the Week series that I am creating for Ottawa At Home magazine, where I serve as food editor, and it’s a real winner. Healthy-ish thanks to the oats and whole wheat flour, they’re also loaded with chocolate, coconut and peanuts, making them a real flavour party.
