Our culinary tour of Canada continues!

This spring, with the continued support of our wonderful sponsor Farm Boy, my amazing crew and I filmed six new episodes of Paula Roy’s Favourite Foods and I’m super excited to tell you that they are now airing on Rogers Television in Ottawa. In honour of Canada’s 150th birthday, these new shows take you on a delicious culinary journey across Canada. This week’s episode, airing for the first time at 7:30 pm on Thursday, July 27 on Rogers 22 Ottawa, is influenced by the east coast, where I have strong family and cultural ties. Each of the three recipes featured in Episode 13 puts a bit of a twist on classic dishes that I have enjoyed making and eating for years; I hope you’ll love them as much as I do.
