A look back at another delicious year!
Well, it’s been another whirlwind year in the Constantly Cooking kitchen. I’ve had a lot of fun playing with food and trying out some new-to-me kitchen gadgets and appliances over the past twelve months. It’s been exciting to welcome a lot of new followers to this site and I’ve been pleased to share over sixty new recipes as well. Another highlight was having a second recipe of mine be selected for a mainstream cookbook (due to be published May 2025). Most importantly, pre-production is currently underway for the fifth season of my popular cooking show Paula Roy’s Favourite Foods on Rogers TV; we start filming in just a few weeks. The show is filmed in my Ottawa, Ontario kitchen and as of last year is syndicated on many Rogers TV stations across Ontario. It is also available on YouTube. As I reviewed the stats for last year’s traffic on this site, I saw that some of the enduringly popular recipes include extra-crispy roasted potatoes, no-bake lemon-coconut squares and crispy baked egg rolls – they’ve all been chart toppers for years.
