Muffin recipe roundup

Healthy, delicious treats with whatever fruit you prefer!

I adore muffins, and for proof I’ll simply point to the fact that there are over a dozen muffin recipes on my website. I make a batch once or twice a week and while we all love them fresh out of the oven, there’s something very comforting – to me, at least – in knowing that I’ve always got a few tucked in the freezer for quick grab-and-go snacks. Here are just few of my beloved muffin recipes. Click on the title to access each one.

  1. I can’t find the recipe you made the other night with the blueberries in ramekin dishes. Can you please help me find it? Also too do you have any recipes for flax seed in desserts? I need to lower my trigs. Thank you kindly. G.

    1. I am afraid you must be thinking of someone else’s recipe of blueberries in ramekins because I have not made such a dish. And also sorry to say I don’t have a recipe for flaxseed however you can grind it up and add it to just about anything to gain its nutritional benefits. Happy cooking!
